WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR VISITING THE ERAP PORTAL FOR ST. LOUIS COUNTY.
If you’re looking for St. Louis County – Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), here is some helpful information.
Notice Regarding the Program
At this point, all of Nan McKay’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) 1 money has been distributed throughout the St. Louis County community. St. Louis County has received additional funding and developed a collaboration with a second vendor to expedite the distribution of cash for the second phase of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP 2).
Applications that were submitted during ERAP 1 but were unable to be processed will be transferred to the new vendor automatically. In the meantime, we will continue to determine eligibility and provide payment. There is nothing else we can do for you. In the case that additional information is required, the new vendor will contact you or the property’s owner.
The State Emergency Rental Assistance Program is now taking applications online at https://www.mohousingresources.com/safhr. Meanwhile, please accept our apologies for any trouble this may cause.
If you have any questions, please call us at (855) 582-3973 or send us an email at (CARESrentrelief@stlouis-news.com).
