Emergency Rental Assistance Program, Tulsa

Tulsa residents can now get help with their rent and utility payments thanks to a collaboration between the City of Tulsa and Restore Hope Ministries.

The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), managed by Community Cares Partners (CCP), is still accepting applications at this time. Please visit their website if you want to apply for help with your rent or utility costs.

The Landlord/Tenant Resource Center at Iron Gate, situated at 501 W. Archer St. in Tulsa, provides in-person assistance with the completion of rental applications for CCP every Monday through Thursday from 1:00 to 4:30 pm. Furthermore, they provide additional housing resources for both landlords and tenants.

Impact:

As of the 4th of May in 2022, the ERAP programs in the City, County, and State had provided rental and utility assistance totaling more than $47 million to almost 11,000 households and more than 5,000 landlords. This help was provided through the programs. The typical amount of funds allocated for rental assistance for a single dwelling is $4,300, and the typical cost for utilities is $400.
