In Tallahassee and Leon County, Florida, apartment rentals, security deposits, and housing assistance are all accessible. ECHO Outreach Ministries – The non-profit has an emergency resources program that assists with referrals to other programs and agencies, house wares, and ID assistance for clients that are homeless.
