Residents of the City of San Bernardino who meet the income requirements and have a valid COVID financial impact may be eligible for up to 12 months of past-due rental and utility assistance from March 13, 2020, until the time the application is submitted.

Rebound will only assist with applications if you schedule a meeting with them.
Visitors who arrive without an appointment will be asked to return and will only be able to book an appointment.
