For landlords seeking compensation on behalf of tenants for past-due or future rent:

All payments must be made in order for the tenant’s rental responsibilities to be met.
The renter must sign the application.

How can I apply?

  • Choose the units and families that you believe are eligible.
Inform tenants who have linguistic difficulties or impairments about the program.
  • Ascertain that the homes you’ve chosen meet the eligibility standards listed below, and assist them in gathering the required papers.

Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are made directly to the landlord or utility company. A seven-day outreach to the landlord and/or utility provider to confirm their rejection will be issued to the tenant if they refuse.

Evictions
