Greensboro Emergency Rental Assistance Program
Tips for submitting your application
- Before you can sign in and begin the application process, you must first “Register” with the online application site by filling out the required information. Please keep a record of the email address and password that you used to register.
- Have you forgotten your password? Reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot your Password” option on the initial screen of the online portal’s login page. Please do not launch a new application. Multiple applications will cause a delay in the processing of your case.
- If you submit the required papers as soon as possible, you will receive a payout more quickly.
Unless you have chosen “Submit,” you have the option to save and log out of your application, and then log back in later if you need to. Following the completion of the submission process, you will not be able to re-open the application.
