Douglas County – Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)

If you can identify with any of the following, you may be eligible for assistance:

A Douglas County tenant who leases.

Do you rent out your home in Douglas County, which is located outside of Omaha’s municipal limits? To be eligible for this assistance program, you must be a US citizen or a legal resident of the nation.

COVID-19’s Financial Implications

Have you fallen behind on your rent or utility payments as a result of COVID-19? This includes being laid off, having a decrease in income, incurring big bills, or facing another type of financial trouble.

Household income equal to or less than 80% of the AMI

Is the income in your household less than 80% of the median income in the area? This translates into a maximum yearly salary of $48,750 for a single person and $69,600 for a family of four.
