Adams County ERAP
Residents in Adams County, Colorado, can now apply for emergency rent assistance through the state of Colorado. This program is offered by the state of Colorado.
As a result of insufficient funding, the application process for the Adams County Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program was terminated on January 31, 2022. This was due to the fact that the program did not have enough money. The evaluation process for the applications that were handed into Adams County by the 31st of January in 2022 is currently underway, and the county and its partners are participating in it. Processing periods are not set in stone because of the enormous number of applications received. If you have any specific questions regarding the application that you have filed, please contact the Community Development Department at CommDev@adcogov.org or by calling 720.523.6200.
Residents of Adams County who are looking for help paying their monthly rent can still submit an application to the Colorado Rent Aid Program.
